You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of booking an appointment. This email is your confirmation that you have an appointment booked with us. If you do not receive Email from us, please contact our office immediately to ensure you have booked in. 

Please be aware that there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you late cancel (with less than 48 hours notice) or No Show to our appt time you will be charged for the full service booked. We require a credit card to guarantee all appointments booked, and apologize that there are no exceptions. Please note we do all of our bookings online for your convenience. 

Please find childcare if you have an upcoming appt with us. Lash appts should be a relaxing experience and we try very much to preserve that by offering a calm peaceful environment for each Client.

Please come to your appointment without Eye make up on. If you need to wear it in your day prior to your lash appt, please arrive to our location so that there is time to remove it before your lash appt begins.

Here at Eye Candy Lash and Beauty Bar, we Value that your time is as important to you as it is for the client right behind you. In respect of each clients personal time & Schedule. In light of this, we ask that all clients show up a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork (new clients) and to be available when your alloted time starts. This way we can guarantee that each persons apointment time is maximized for the ultimate service. We will not keep you waiting. Please show up on time so you can take full advantage of our services.
